I am loving the porch on the house. It was finished this past week and I LOVE. Its stamped concrete made to look like wide plank flooring. Love. Love. Love. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. Still a lil’ shiny in some spots from the sealer.

It looked like this after the first day and I was slightly concerned that they missed the memo on the brown…
It is stamped/stained concrete. Pretty Ahhhhhmazing. Its looks old, and worn and its greatttt.
The outside of the house is getting there and the hardie board is/was finished. They have to come back and re-do the front porch area (the part that looks the jankiest and the part that you will see/notice the most) BUT – that’s another story. Even still, were getting there on the outside. The column/post man is coming out this week for posts and shutters. Eventually, well get the temporary door off and the pretty door up. :) And in the next picture you will see that I went over on Saturday and picked up trash for several hours.
Wasn’t wild about the shade of green at first but I am likin’ it with the white.
AND in more news Wiley turned two ANDDDDDD (drumroll please.)
