Our country home is starting to look more countryish.

I LOVE metal roofs! Even if it isnt the green I ordered. Another battle I didnt wanna fight. None the less. We have roofing - almost!

We finally have a temporary door so hoodlums can stop gankin' our materials and tools.

Have I mentioned how much I love my 'wall a' winda!'

And this guy - needs a bath.

And she could use one too.

BFFs and fish.

My brother and John - BFFs fo' lyfe, fo' real.

Dan and JP went fishin tonight.

Bow fishin.

This is what they came back with.

Apparently it was really heavy.

And still moving a bit..

And it took 3 arrows to take it down.

And John is clearly a nerd.

The real question is: Do they enjoy bowfishin' more or each others company more?

Either way, it was pretty impressive (disgusting and smelly) to see it up close and personal.

And slightly disturbing that this is what we are swimming with when we go swimming, rafting or kayaking in the creek..YIKES!
